FAQ

Do I have to use frozen corn?

No. I’m sure fresh or canned corn will work as well. However, we’ve only tested this recipe with frozen corn (which you can add straight to the slow cooker without thawing).

Can I make this creamed corn recipe in advance?

Absolutely! Make it a day in advance, refrigerate it, then reheat it the next day. I prefer to reheat it on the stovetop over medium-low heat.
