Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is one of those “too good to be so easy” kinds of desserts. It’s quick, creamy, sweet, and loaded up with fresh strawberry flavor. Seriously, it’s like cheesecake without all the fuss of baking and waiting for it to cool and set.

Make it for birthdays, holidays, game nights, and movie nights. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or wafer cookies for a crowd pleasing treat.

Why You’ll Love Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

  • Think of this dip as a classic cheesecake with a strawberry topping. Only you don’t need to follow a complicated recipe or wait around for it to bake, cool, and set. You still get all that rich and creamy flavor in each scoop.
  • It’s a great way to use up cookies like Oreos, graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit before it go bad. So make it, but don’t forget to check your cabinets before you buy dippers.
  • Need a last-minute dish to bring to a potluck? You’re in luck (couldn’t resist)! Bring it to game nights, game day, or any informal gathering like office holiday parties.
  • Add your own little twist by drizzling a swirl of strawberry jam, chocolate sauce, crushed cookies, or graham crackers.

Top Tip

  • Chill the dip in the fridge for 30 minutes or more before serving. It tastes so much better this way.

Storage

Store leftover dip in an airtight food storage container for up to 4 days. Before serving, give it a quick stir.

FAQs

Can I freeze strawberry cheesecake dip?

Nah. The strawberries become mushy when thawed, and the creamy filling separates. Not a pretty sight.

Can I use frozen strawberries?

You can, but it’s not the best choice. If you do use frozen strawberries, thaw and drain them before adding them to the mixture.

What dippers can I use?

We like Oreos, wafer cookies, pretzels, graham crackers, animal crackers, pound cake cubes, and apple slices. All of those work great and I’m sure you’ll come up with some of your own.
