Why You’ll Love Margarita Dip

  • It’s so easy that you can make it no matter your cooking experience. But don’t let the simplicity fool you. It’s so reliable that you and everyone else who tries it will come back to it again and again.
  • With lime juice and zest it delivers on that sweet-tangy flavor and creamy texture in every bite. Perfect for dippers like pretzels, cookies, and strawberries.
  • This margarita dip is perfect when you need something dependable for a summer potluck. You’ll be surprised by how fast it disappears, even though you spent so little time making it.

Top Tip

For the best flavor, allow it to chill in fridge for up to 30 minutes. This helps it thicken up and allows the lime flavor to shine through more.

For another no bake dessert, try this no bake mixed berry cheesecake.

Storage

Place the dip in a covered container for up to 4 days. Before serving, give it a store and it’ll be nice and smooth.

FAQs

Can I make this dip without alcohol?

Sure. While we think it’s a little more fun with the alcohol 😉, you can totally omit it. It’ll still turn out delicious.

Can I make it ahead of time?

Yes. You can make it and refrigerate it up to 2 days in advance. Before serving, just give it a quick stir and it’ll be creamy and scoopable.

What dippers can I serve with margarita dip?

So many things. It goes well with pretzels, graham crackers, strawberries (like a little dippable strawberry margarita), apples, and more.
