How to Make Lemonade Popsicles
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, 1 cup of water, and a pinch of salt.
Heat over medium, stirring until the sugar and salt completely dissolve.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and the cooled syrup.
Add the remaining 3 cups of cold water and the lemon zest.

Fill the molds about ¾ of the way.

Place the lid on the popsicle mold and add the sticks. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours or overnight.
Remove the popsicles from the freezer and enjoy!

Top Tip
Microwave the lemons for 10-15 seconds. This helps release the juices and makes them easier to squeeze.
Don’t overfill the popsicle mold. Leave about a ¼ inch space at the top.
Storage
Store the popsicles in an airtight container or bags for up to 30 days.
