How to make Frozen Strawberry Lemonade
Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and water to a blender. Blend for about 15-20 seconds to help dissolve the sugar.
Add the ice and blend on high until thick and slushy.

Check the consistency, add a splash of water if itโs too thick or a handful of ice if you want it thicker.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Top Tips
Use frozen strawberries straight from the freezer. Don’t allow them to thaw. This will keep the drink thick and slushy without watering it down.
As you probably know, strawberries can vary in sweetness. So if it’s not sweet enough, you may need to add a bit more sugar.
