Lemonade Popsicle Recipe

Our Lemonade Popsicles with fresh squeezed lemon juice are so delicious, refreshing, and sweet. Make them all summer long.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 4 Cups Cold Water Divided
  • 2 Tsp Finely Grated Lemon Zest
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, 1 cup of water, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium, stirring until the sugar and salt completely dissolve. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and the cooled syrup.
  • Add the remaining 3 cups of cold water.
  • Fill the molds about ¾ of the way.
  • Place the lid on the popsicle mold and add the sticks. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove the popsicles from the freezer and enjoy!

Notes

  • We like the balance of tart and sweet. Before pouring into the mold, taste and adjust if needed.
