How to Make S’mores Popsicles
Top Tip
Getting popsicles out of the molds can be a bit tricky, but it’s doable. You can let them sit on the counter and check every 5 minutes or run the molds under cold water to loosen them up. A little patience goes a long way!
Whatever you do, avoid running the molds under warm or hot water, as it’ll melt the popsicles way too quickly. I recommend popping all of them out at once so you don’t have to deal with thawing and refreezing later.
Equipment
We have many different popsicle molds, some better than others, and some with fun shapes. It’s mostly a matter of what you like.
Storage
To store popsicles, remove them from the molds and wrap each one in plastic wrap or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Place them in an airtight container or freezer bag, and keep them in the freezer for up to a month for the best taste and texture.
FAQ
They typically take about 4 to 6 hours to fully freeze, but for the best results, I recommend leaving them overnight.
Yes, absolutely! Store-bought fluff works perfectly and saves you some time. But…our fluff taste better (if I do say so myself)
