Equipment

  • Toothpicks
  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 14 Oz Kielbasa
  • 6 Slices of Bacon Regular cut
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • Start by cutting the kielbasa into ½ inch slices.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the bacon slices lengthwise down the middle. Then, cut each piece into thirds.
  • Wrap each piece of sausage with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • Roll the bacon-wrapped kielbasa in the brown sugar and completely coat it. Lay down the kielbasa pieces on the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece to allow the bacon to crisp. Cook for 7-9 minutes.
  • Allow them to cool for 2 minutes before enjoying!

Notes

  • If your bacon doesn’t wrap completely around the sausage, I recommend cutting them in half instead of thirds.
  • Don’t use thick-cut bacon.
  • Be generous with the brown sugar. This will help caramelize the bacon and add a delicious taste to the sausage.
  • You may need to cook these in batches. You don’t want to crowd the air fryer.
