The first thing you’ll want to do is add the dulce de leche and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to the mixing bowl and whipping to combine.
Then make the whipped cream by adding the rest of the heavy cream to the mixing bowl and whipping on medium-high speed for 5 minutes.
Next, fold the whipped dulce de leche into the whipped cream. Finally, add the dulce de leche mousse to your dessert dish and top. If you like top it with more dulce de leche.
Hint: If you choose to add dulce de leche on top of the mousse, warm it in the microwave for 5-second intervals until it’s easier to pour.

- Start with adding ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream and the dulce de leche in a medium bowl. Mix to combine, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Whip it on medium-high speed until it becomes thick and forms stiff peaks. This should take about 5 minutes.
- Now gently fold the whipped cream into the dulce de leche until there are no more white streaks left.
