Equipment

  • Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 9 Graham Cracker Sheets
  • 6 Tbsp Salted Butter Melted
  • 4 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • First, break up the graham crackers in the food processor until coarse crumbs. Put them in a bowl and mix in the brown sugar.
  • Next, add the melted butter and stir it all together until everything is coated.
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the graham cracker mix evenly on the sheet. Bake it in an oven for 10 minutes. Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before you use it. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a crumbly texture, it’s okay to have some bigger pieces of graham crackers. But if you’re making a crust, try to crush the crackers more evenly so they’re all about the same size.
  • Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
  • If you only have unsalted butter, then add ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  • You can easily double this recipe. You may need to add a few more minutes to the cooking time.
  • This recipe is delicious on top of ice, pudding, mousse, and cakes. The possibilities are endless.
