How to Make Air Frying Fajita Peppers
Making air fryer fajita vegetables is so easy, especially considering that all you need are a few ingredients. Just follow the simple instructions below. So, first, preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees.
First, you’ll want to cut the peppers and onions as shown above. We cut the peppers into strips, cut the onions into half moons, and separated the layers. Put the vegetables in a bowl.
Next, add the oil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix the vegetables around to combine. Then, place them in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir the veggies or shake the basket about halfway through.
Hint: Cut the veggies around the same size so that they cook evenly.
Equipment
For this recipe, you will need an air fryer. We highly recommend the Instant Pot Vortex air fryer. We’ve had it for years, and it still works well.
