Air Fryer Fajita Peppers Recipe

Add these air fryer fajita peppers to your rice bowls or as a side to your favorite protein. They are easy, delicious, and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 3 Bell Peppers Different Colors
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ Tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Take out the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into slices about half an inch thick. Slice the onion in half moons and bring apart the layers.
  • Mix the bell peppers and onion slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees.
  • Put the bell pepper and onion slices into the air fryer basket and cook them for 10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5-days.
  • Reheat the peppers and onions at 390 degrees for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook this in 2 batches. 
  • If you like a nice char on the peppers, then don't shake the basket until the last 3 minutes of cooking.
