- Lemon Juice
- Lemon zest
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Cold water
- Ice
- Pinch of salt
- Graham cracker crumble

How to make Frozen Lemonade
Prepare the graham cracker crumble as directed in the recipe card. Set aside.
In a blender, combine the condensed milk, lime zest, and salt. Blend briefly to release the lime oils.

Add the lime juice and water. Blend until smooth.

Start with 3 cups of ice and blend on high until thick and slushy, adding the remaining cup if needed. Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed.
Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

Top Tips
Blend long enough for the mixture to be smooth. If it seems too thin, add some more ice and blend once again until smooth.
Storage
This and other frozen citrus drinks are best served immediately.

Fresh is best, but if all you have on hand is bottled, it’ll work.
You could, but please don’t. Sweetened condensed milk is a key ingredient that makes it work. Without it, you don’t have that signature flavor and sweetness that mimics key lime pie.
