How to Make Individual Peach Cobbler
Dice the thawed peaches and place in a medium bowl.

Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Toss until evenly coated.
Divide the peach mixture evenly among four 6-ounce ramekins.

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in the milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until just combined.
Spoon the biscuit mixture evenly over the peach mixture in each ramekin, spreading slightly.

Sprinkle some turbinado sugar on top for a crispy finish. This is optional, but it gives it a great crunch.
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling around the edges.
Allow the cobblers to cool for about 5–10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or some whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy!
Top Tip
Place the ramekins on a baking tray to catch any drips and make it easier to transfer them in and out of the oven.
Leave a little room in the ramekins to avoid spills when the filling bubbles up during baking.
If you’re using frozen peaches, let them thaw and drain any excess liquid to avoid a soggy filling.
Equipment
For this recipe, we baked the individual peach cobblers in ramekins, which are the only special equipment we used. They make the cobblers look great and are perfect for individual servings!
Storage
Store leftover cobblers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days, but trust me, they probably won’t last that long. To freeze, let them cool completely, wrap tightly, and freeze for up to 3 months. Just thaw and reheat for a quick dessert fix!
To reheat, warm the cobblers in the oven at 350°F for about 10–15 minutes or until heated through. If you’re in a rush, the microwave works too—heat in 20-second intervals until warm.

FAQ
Yes, canned peaches work, although they aren’t my favorite choice. Just be sure to drain them well to avoid a watery filling.
I highly recommend using ramekins to make individual peach cobbler because they create a gorgeous presentation and are perfect for individual servings. If you don’t have ramekins, muffin tins, or small oven-safe dishes work too and still deliver delicious results!
