Why You’ll Love Rudolph Reindeer Brownies

- If your holiday season is as busy as mine is, you need some quick wins, my friend. With these reindeer brownies, you don’t have to battle through busy grocery store aisles to find fancy ingredients or spend hours upon hours baking in the kitchen.
- They taste great! Sure, brownies taste better from scratch, but the boxed ones are still fudgy and chocolatey. Mmmm! And that’s just the base. You still get to add crunchy pretzels, candy eyes, and that red Rudolph nose.
- It’s a fun activity for the kids…and adult kids. Seriously, decorating them is half the fun. Everyone will have a blast getting creative with pretzel antlers, candy eyes, and red noses.

How to Make Rudolph Reindeer Brownies
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted. Transfer the melted chocolate to a sandwich bag and snip off one corner.
Use the melted chocolate to attach the pretzels to the corners of the brownies, positioning them to look like reindeer ears.
Add a small amount of melted chocolate to the backs of the candy eyes and Dots, then press them onto the brownies to create the reindeer faces. Allow the chocolate to harden before serving.

Top Tip
To avoid the brownies sticking to the pan, line it with parchment paper and leave some hanging over the sides. This allows you to lift the whole brownie batch out at once.
Storage
Store reindeer brownies in a covered food storage container for up to 3 days on the counter and 5 days in the fridge.
You can also store them in the freezer for up to 2 months (whole or cut into squares). Simply wrap them in plastic wrap then place them in freezer bags.
FAQs
Sure. To make these treats even easier, grab a tray of brownies from the bakery. No one will complain.
First, use a clean knife and wipe it clean between slices. Also, try chilling them before cutting.
