Not only are these Mummy Brownies festive and a little spooky, they’re also rich, chewy, fudgey, and delicious. We kept it easy by using boxed brownies (but you can use your favorite recipe) and drizzling melted white chocolate for the “bandages,” along with bug-out googly eyes.
So are you ready to bring these mummies back to life right in time for the creepiest time of the year?

Why You’ll Love Mummy Brownies
- With boxed brownies, white chocolate chips, and candy eyes, these mummy brownies are frightfully simple. You might say they’re “mummy” proof.
- If you need Halloween-themed desserts that aren’t gruesome, this one is for you. They’re festive and cute with just a touch of spookiness.
- You’ll have a blast decorating them and everyone else will have fun eating them. As soon as you put out a plateful they’ll disappear like a ghost.
- There are so many ways to make them your own. Don’t want brownies? Use blondies. How about a drizzle of peanut butter or melted chocolate? Or, instead of candy googly eyes, swap them with M&Ms.

How to Make Mummy Brownies
Put the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute on 50% power. Continue to microwave in 15-second intervals until fully melted, stirring after each interval. Transfer the melted chocolate into a sandwich bag and cut off the corners.
Squeeze the bag to pipe the white chocolate over the brownies in a zigzag motion for a mummy wrapping effect. Attach 2 candy eyeballs to each brownie. Enjoy!

Top Tip
Don’t stress about drizzling the melted white chocolate “bandages” perfectly. Just relax and have fun making them.
Storage
You can store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
