Instructions
Slice kielbasa into ½-inch pieces and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes per side. Stir in taco seasoning and cook another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on half a tortilla, add kielbasa, then more cheese. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
Heat a pan with a little oil over medium. Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and melty.
Cut into wedges and serve with your favorite toppings like sour cream or salsa. Enjoy!

- 12 Oz Kielbasa Sliced
- 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 2 Cups Mexican Shredded Cheese
- 4 Large Flour Tortilla
- Sour Cream Optional

Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into ½ inch pieces. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes per side.
- Add the taco seasoning to the kielbasa and stir until it’s well-mixed. Let it cook for 2 minutes until the meat is fully coated.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla. Add some kielbasa pieces on top of the cheese.
