How to make Cucumber Agua Fresca
Add the cucumber, 1ยฝ cups of the water, lime juice, a pinch of salt, and sugar to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

Pour the cucumber mixture into a pitcher with the remaining 3 cups of cold water.
Serve over ice and enjoy immediately.
Top Tips
The skin is bitter and high in fiber so you’ll want to remove as much of it as possible.
Blend it really well until it’s nice and smooth. If you don’t have a high-powered blender like Vitamix or Blendtec, you may need to strain it.
