Why You’ll Love This Recipe…
- With this dessert, you get the best of both worlds. In this case, it’s a strawberry cheesecake in cupcake form. The cupcakes are extra fluffy because we remove them from the oven at the right time (hint: it’s not the same as the time indicated on the cake mix box). Then, you have the creamy, tangy, intense strawberry flavor in the frosting.
- Even though they’re quick and easy to make, they taste like they came from a bakery! You don’t have to worry about weird techniques or hard directions. Just simple ingredients and easy steps.
- Cupcakes are the perfect size for sensible portions. Instead of committing to an entire cheesecake or a celebration cake, you can go for these cupcakes. They’re great for picnics, birthdays, or potlucks.
- The burst of fruity, freeze-dried strawberry flavor is balanced perfectly by the richness of the cream cheese in the frosting. Added to the light and fluffy cupcakes, it’s a dreamy combination you can enjoy all year long.
- Customize to make them your own. You don’t have to stop at simple strawberry cheesecake cupcakes. Add crushed Oreo crumbs, a drizzle of chocolate, or even diced strawberries for an extra touch.
