Storage

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days—they reheat beautifully! If you want to freeze them, pack the beef and rice separately for the best texture.

Serving Suggestions

Korean Ground Beef Bowls are incredibly versatile and pair perfectly with steamed white or brown rice, noodles, cauliflower rice, or zucchini noodles for a low-carb option.

For sides, try classic kimchi for a tangy kick, roasted or stir-fried veggies like broccoli or bok choy, or a simple cucumber salad for a refreshing crunch.

Feeling extra? Top your bowl with a fried egg.

FAQ

Can I use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef?

Absolutely! Ground turkey or chicken works perfectly for a lighter alternative while keeping the flavors delicious.

Can I make this ahead of time?

Yes! Cook the beef and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat and serve when ready.

What can I serve with it besides rice?

Try it over noodles, quinoa, or lettuce wraps for something different! It also pairs well with stir-fried veggies or a fresh cucumber salad.
