Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Green Onions Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Gochujang Korean Chili Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 2 Cups Cooked White Rice
  • Pickled Vegetables Optional
  • Sesame Seeds Garnish

Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the green onions, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the sauce ingredients to a small saucepan. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Divide the rice between 4 bowls. Scoop meat on top, drizzle with extra sauce, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
