How to Make Ground Turkey Taco Bowls
Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Then, add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until it is no longer pink.
Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes.


Now, layer the bowls. Start with warm rice, then add the seasoned turkey, black beans, corn, and tomatoes on top.

If desired, garnish with chopped cilantro, sour cream, cheese, olives, lettuce, avocado, and lime wedges. Enjoy!
Storage
Keep leftover ground turkey taco meat in an airtight food storage container in the fridge. It’ll last for up to 4 days.
