Ground Turkey Taco Bowl Recipe

This ground turkey taco bowl may be lightened up, but it's still packing all the flavors you crave! It's zesty, filling, and so tasty you'll want to keep it on your weekly menu.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning Homemade or Store Bought
  • 2 Cups Cooked White Rice
  • 1 Cup Black Beans Rinsed and Drained
  • 1 Cup Corn Drained
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes Diced

Instructions

  • Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until it is no longer pink.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now, layer the bowls. Start with warm rice, then add the seasoned turkey, black beans, corn, and tomatoes on top.
  • If desired, garnish with chopped cilantro, sour cream, cheese, olives, lettuce, avocado, and lime wedges. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
