How to Make Cajun Sausage & Veggies Sheet Pan
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut veggies into similar sizes and mix with sliced kielbasa, olive oil, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
Spread everything on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Stir, then bake another 10-15 minutes until tender. Serve and enjoy!
Top Tip
Spread it out. Don’t overcrowd the pan! Give your veggies and sausage space to roast, not steam. Crispy edges = more flavor.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on a sheet pan in the oven at 375°F until warmed through to keep everything crispy and delicious!
