Top Tip

Spread it out. Don’t overcrowd the pan! Give your veggies and sausage space to roast, not steam. Crispy edges = more flavor.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on a sheet pan in the oven at 375°F until warmed through to keep everything crispy and delicious!

FAQ

Can I use a different sausage?

Absolutely! You can swap the smoked sausage for chicken sausage, turkey sausage, or even plant-based sausage for a healthier or meat-free option.

Can I add other veggies?

Definitely! Try zucchini, mushrooms, or broccoli—this dish is super flexible and works with whatever veggies you have on hand.
