- This recipe is basically fall in dessert form. You have sweet, tender apples, a mouthwatering golden brown topping that’s crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. And if that’s not enough, you have an irresistible caramel sauce. Serve it with ice cream and it becomes pure magic!
- OMG, it’s sooo easy (especially if you already have a batch of our best apple pie filling ready). It isn’t fussy. If you can peel and slice apples, you can make it.

- Apple Pie Filling – for best results, make a batch of our amazing apple pie filling.
- Flour
- Baking Powder
- Sugar
- Butter
- Milk
- Caramel Sauce
- Kosher Salt
How to Make Caramel Apple Cobbler
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then, lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish and set aside.
Next, spread the apple pie filling evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter mix until just combined. It will look like a biscuit mix.

Spoon the biscuit mixture evenly over the apple mixture.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown. Let the cobbler cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Drizzle the caramel sauce and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
