Ingredients

  • 1 Apple Pie Filling Recipe
  • ½ Cup Caramel Sauce Store Bought or Homemade
  • 8 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
  • Spread the apple pie filling evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in the milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter mix until just combined. It will look like a biscuit mix.
  • Spoon the biscuit mixture evenly over the apple mixture.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let the cobbler cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Drizzle the caramel sauce and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Reheat the cobbler at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. 
  • Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
