Spoon the biscuit mixture evenly over the apple mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let the cobbler cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Drizzle the caramel sauce and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
