Our Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting recipe is simply dreamy! With just 4-ingredients, it's thick, creamy, and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness.
Blend the strawberries in a food processor until fine crumbs. Put it in a bowl and set aside.
Cream the butter and cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Add the vanilla, half the powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Scrape the sides and add the remaining powdered sugar, blended strawberries, and the milk.
Continue mixing until completely combined and is the desired consistency.
Use to top cupcakes or cookies. Enjoy!
Notes
You don’t want to add all the powdered sugar all at once or the mixture will be all over your kitchen.
You can add more milk to achieve your desired consistency.
This batch is enough to frost 24 cupcakes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
