  • Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 4 Oz Unsalted Butter Room Temperature
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese Room Temperature
  • 1 Oz Freeze-Dried Strawberries
  • 2 ½ Cups Powdered Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tsp Milk Room Temperature
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Blend the strawberries in a food processor until fine crumbs. Put it in a bowl and set aside.
  • Cream the butter and cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Add the vanilla, half the powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Scrape the sides and add the remaining powdered sugar, blended strawberries, and the milk.
  • Continue mixing until completely combined and is the desired consistency.
  • Use to top cupcakes or cookies. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You don’t want to add all the powdered sugar all at once or the mixture will be all over your kitchen.
  • You can add more milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  • This batch is enough to frost 24 cupcakes.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
