These Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes are quick, easy, bakery-style treats that take very little effort. We kept them super simple with cake mix cupcakes, pulled from the oven at just the right time so they remain moist.

  • Make the cupcakes according to the package instructions. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until it reaches 200 degrees. This ensures soft and fully cupcakes. Allow to cool completely before frosting them.
  • Make the strawberry cream cheese frosting and put it in a piping bag. Cut off the tip.
  • Frost each cupcakes and top with some crushed graham crackers. Continue until all cupcakes are frosted. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store frosted cupcakes in the fridge for up to 4 days.
