Equipment

  • Clover Shaped Cookie Cutter

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Follow steps 1 through 7 on the sugar cookie recipe card.
  • After chilling, use a clover-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the cookies. Place them on a lined baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch between each one.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the white frosting with a few drops of green food coloring until you get the color you want.
  • Add the frosting to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  • Pipe the frosting over the cookie until it's completely covered. Continue this step until all cookies are decorated. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure the cookie dough is very cold. This will help prevent the cookies from spreading while baking.
  • Ensure your cookies are completely cooled before adding any frosting or icing.
  • Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
