Unwrap 12 mini Reese’s cups and place them in a bowl. Set the bowl aside.
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted. Transfer the melted chocolate to a sandwich bag and snip off one corner.
Add a small amount of melted chocolate to the top of each Reese’s cup, then place it upside down in the center of a cookie.
Put a tiny amount of melted chocolate on the back of each candy eye and attach them to the Reese’s cup.
Using the remaining melted chocolate, pipe four legs on each side of the Reese’s cup to create a spider shape.
Allow the chocolate to set before moving the cookies to a serving platter. Enjoy!
