Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe glass and microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted.
Dip two pretzel sticks about ¼ of the way up, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
While the chocolate is still wet, add the candy eyes and nose. Repeat this process until all Rudolphs are made.
Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!
