Slice the kielbasa into ½ inch pieces. Heat a medium pan on medium heat and cook the pieces for 2 minutes on each side. Take them out of the pan and set them aside.
Add the olive oil, peppers, and onions to the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender.
Add the garlic and oregano and cook for 1 minute.
Add the kielbasa to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve as is or over rice. Enjoy!
