Using a food processor, add the chocolate sandwich cookies and blend until they form fine crumbs. Then add them to a small bowl and set it aside.
Whisk together the pudding mix and the milk in a medium-sized bowl. Then fold in the whipped topping until thoroughly mixed.
Fill small cups with the pudding mixture until they are approximately two-thirds full.
Top with a small amount of the crushed cookies. Repeat this process for all the cups.
Then decorate with the gummy worms. Enjoy!
