Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Tuna in Water Drained
  • 1 English Cucumber Diced
  • Cup Cherry Tomatoes Cut in Half
  • ½ Red Onion Thinly Sliced
  • ¼ Cup Feta Crumbled
  • ¼ Cup Kalamata Olives Cut in Half
  • 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Drain the tuna and add to a medium bowl.
  • Add the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, feta, kalamata olives, vinegar, dill, parsley, and olive oil. Mix to thoroughly combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with crostini and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. 
  • The longer it sits in the fridge, the softer the vegetables will be.
