Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Greek Chicken Thigh Recipe
  • 4 Cups Cooked White Rice
  • ½ Cup Feta Crumbled
  • 1 Cup Greek Cucumber Tomato Salad Recipe
  • ½ Cup Kalamata Olives Halved
  • ½ Cup Tzatziki Sauce
  • ½ Cup Hummus

Instructions

  • Follow the instructions from cooking the Greek Chicken Thigh recipe.
  • Scoop 1 cup of rice into each bowl.
  • Slice the chicken thighs and place on top of the rice.
  • Spoon some cucumber salad, hummus, tzatziki sauce on top. Add the halved olives and garnish with feta cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
