In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until it is no longer pink.
Then add the garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
Add half of the diced green onion, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and brown sugar. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and softened.
Serve hot over white rice or cauliflower rice.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
