Add the sugar and water to a small sauce pan. Heat until the sugar has dissolved. About 2-3 minutes.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the molds. Place the lid on the popsicle mold and add the sticks. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours.
Remove all popsicles from mold, wrap them in plastic wrap individually or serve immediately. Enjoy!
