Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 16 Oz Mini Marshmallows
  • 3 Oz Green Apple Jello Mix
  • ¼ Tsp Green Gel Food Coloring
  • 8 Cups Rice Krispie Cereal
  • 11 Oz Soft Caramels Unwrapped
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream

Instructions

  • Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
  • In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter and dissolve the salt.
  • Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  • Remove the pot from the heat. Stir in the green apple gelatin mix, food coloring, and vanilla until fully combined.
  • Fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press it into an even layer.
  • Let cool for 1 hour, then use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles.
  • Insert a popsicle stick into the bottom of each circle treat. Set aside while you prepare the caramel.
  • Add the caramels and heavy cream to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
  • Dip the bottom third of each treat into the caramel. Place on parchment paper and let the caramel set for 30 to 45 minutes.
