Buffalo Chicken Sliders Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
  • 1 Cup Buffalo Sauce + 2 Tablespoons
  • ½ Cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Divided
  • 1 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese Divided
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Salt
  • ½ Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls

Instructions

  • Preheat to 350 degrees.
  • Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Don’t pull them apart. Place the bottom half in the center of a baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and ½ cup each of the cheddar and Monterey cheeses.
  • Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses evenly over the top.
  • Place the top rolls over the chicken. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt, then brush liberally over the top of the rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake the buffalo chicken sliders until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden, about 10 to 12 minutes. Carefully slice the rolls with a serrated knife, and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can make the chicken mixture ahead of time, then assemble and bake it when you're ready to eat. 
  • Store in an air- tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • For reheating, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 mins.
