Beef Greek Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 Pd Ground Beef
  • ¼ Cup Plain Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ Cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp Sun-Dried Tomatoes Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Kalamata Olives
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° degrees.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs, egg, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, parsley, dill, garlic, oregano, salt, and ground beef in a big bowl. Stir until everything is just combined, but don't mix too much. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Put the meat mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape it into a loaf.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 40-45 minutes or until the inside reaches 160 degrees.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3–4 days.
