Greek-Style Meatloaf—This isn’t your typical meatloaf! Packed with Mediterranean flavors like feta, oregano, and sun-dried tomatoes, it’s juicy, savory, and anything but boring.
Mix the breadcrumbs, egg, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, parsley, dill, garlic, oregano, salt, and ground beef in a big bowl. Stir until everything is just combined, but don't mix too much. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Put the meat mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape it into a loaf.
Bake the meatloaf for 40-45 minutes or until the inside reaches 160 degrees.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
