Bacon Wrapped Lil Smokies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Bacon
  • 14 Oz Package of Lil Smokies
  • ½-3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper so the smokies don’t stick, then set it aside.
  • Cut the bacon into 3 equal pieces.
  • Wrap each smokie with a piece of bacon and stick a toothpick through it to hold it together.
  • Roll each bacon-wrapped smokie in brown sugar until it’s fully covered.
  • Place them on the baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Carefully flip each smokie over and bake for 5 more minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  • Let them cool a little before eating they’ll be hot and sticky. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can easily double this batch for a large crowd. 
  • It's best reheated in the air fryer at 4oo degrees for 3-5 minutes.
