Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper so the smokies don’t stick, then set it aside.
Cut the bacon into 3 equal pieces.
Wrap each smokie with a piece of bacon and stick a toothpick through it to hold it together.
Roll each bacon-wrapped smokie in brown sugar until it’s fully covered.
Place them on the baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Carefully flip each smokie over and bake for 5 more minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Let them cool a little before eating they’ll be hot and sticky. Enjoy!
