Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray 8 muffin cups with cooking spray and set them aside.
Cook the Italian sausage in a pan over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until it's fully cooked. Drain the sausage on a plate with paper towels and set it aside.
Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Press one biscuit into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup.
Put half a tablespoon of pizza sauce into each biscuit cup. Then add a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the biscuits turn golden brown and the cheese is melted. Use a spatula to gently remove the biscuit cups from the pan. Let them cool for 2-3 minutes before eating. Serve with some extra pizza sauce, and enjoy!
