Supreme Pizza Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 Canned Grand Biscuits 8 Count
  • ½ Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 16 Slices of Pepperoni
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion Diced
  • ¼ Cup Green Bell Pepper Diced
  • ½ Pd Mild Italian Sausage
  • ½ Cup Black Olives Sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray 8 muffin cups with cooking spray and set them aside.
  • Cook the Italian sausage in a pan over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until it's fully cooked. Drain the sausage on a plate with paper towels and set it aside.
  • Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Press one biscuit into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup.
  • Put half a tablespoon of pizza sauce into each biscuit cup. Then add a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the biscuits turn golden brown and the cheese is melted. Use a spatula to gently remove the biscuit cups from the pan. Let them cool for 2-3 minutes before eating. Serve with some extra pizza sauce, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • This recipe can easily be doubled.
  • You can cook the Italian sausage ahead of time. 
  • You can assemble the cups in advance and refrigerate until ready to cook.
