Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Strawberries Hulled and Sliced
  • Cup Sugar
  • 3 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes, until juicy and syrupy.
  • Serve with your favorite ice cream, pound cake, or cheesecake.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. 
  • You can easily double this batch for a crowd.
