Honey Butter Corn Recipe

Like a good sidekick, our easy Honey Butter Skillet Corn is reliable and complements the main character dish, whether steak, chicken, or burgers. It's a side that's quick and easy to make, but it certainly doesn't taste like it.

Ingredients

  • 16 Oz Frozen Corn
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • 2 Oz Cream Cheese Room Temperature
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and honey in a skillet pan over medium-high heat. Once melted, add the paprika and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the frozen corn and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
  • Add the cream cheese and pepper. Stir together and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes while stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately, enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. 
  • Reheat in the microwave.
