Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 8 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Lb Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
  • 1 Cup Ranch Dressing
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • ½ Cup Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 Tsp Ranch Seasoning
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat to 350 degrees.
  • Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Don’t pull them apart. Place the bottom half in the center of a baking sheet.
  • Cut the bacon into ½ inch strips or smaller. Add to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy, drain, and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, ranch dressing, and garlic powder.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle the cheeses and cooked bacon evenly over the top.
  • Place the top rolls over the chicken.
  • In a small bowl, stir the melted butter, ranch seasoning, and garlic salt. Then brush liberally over the top of the rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake the chicken bacon ranch sliders until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Carefully slice the rolls with a serrated knife, and serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can make the chicken mixture ahead of time, then assemble and bake it when you're ready to eat.
  • Store in an air- tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • For reheating, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 mins.
