Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, about ½” to ¾” thick, and place them in a medium mixing bowl. Give them a quick rinse under cool water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Then, add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to completely coat the potatoes.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, stir the potatoes and cook another 8-10 minutes or until they are fork-tender. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
