Air Fryer Roasted Potato Recipe

Our simple four-ingredient air fryer roasted potato recipe will become your new favorite side dish. They are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pd Yellow Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsps Olive Oil
  • ½ Tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, about ½” to ¾” thick, and place them in a medium mixing bowl. Give them a quick rinse under cool water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Then, add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to completely coat the potatoes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, stir the potatoes and cook another 8-10 minutes or until they are fork-tender. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store the cooked potatoes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. 
  • Reheat the potatoes at 375 degrees for 3-5 minutes. 
  • You want to cut the potatoes about the same size so they will cook evenly.
