The Kuissential BMC-001 is a two-pound bread maker with an automatic fruit and nut dispenser. It measures 15.5 x 10 x 12 inches and weighs 11 pounds. Sarah and I love fresh bread, but we rarely make it because it is time-consuming.

Bread makers take all of the guess work out of making fresh bread. The small machine can easily tuck away into your cabinet or countertop. We’ve taken a look at the Kuissential bread maker. The details are below.

AFFORDABLE BREAD MAKER WITH MANY FEATURES

There are a plenty of bread machines available for purchase that vary in manufacturer, size, color and capacity. Price too has a large range. You can pick up a cheap bread maker or you could spend much more than that for the Zojirushi BB-CEC20.

Some bread makers, like the Kuissential BMC-001, have automatic fruit and nut dispensers. What this does is add your choice of fruits and nuts during a cycle of the bread making process. The nut dispenser can hold up to ½ cup of nuts and dried fruits.

The delay timer setting will allow you to choose exactly when your bread will get done. You can delay the start of baking for up to 13 hours. This is perfect if you want to have fresh bread for breakfast or dinner. There is movement that takes place in the bread making process, so one must consider; does it “walk” while in use? Meaning, does it move about when in operation.

This is important to know because if sitting on the countertop, it could end on the floor. Some customers have stated that during the kneading process, it does shake. However, if you place the bread maker on a flat surface away from the edge of the counter, you should be fine.

There are 13 preset settings: basic (white and mixed), French, Whole Wheat, Sweet, Rapid, Multigrain, Sandwich, Gluten-Free (perfect if you have gluten sensitivity), Dough, Cake, Jam, Bake, and Home-Made (customizable setting). That’s a lot of choices. The “rapid” option means that you can have basic bread ready to eat in just 2 hours.

This machine automatically kneads, proofs, and bakes the bread. Literally, all you do is put in all of the ingredients and the Kuissential BMC-001 does the rest of the work for you. You can even select the crust darkness: light, medium, dark.

vs Other Bread Makers

The Kuissential BMC-001 is an affordable bread maker with many settings and features. Customers point to convenience, great tasting bread, and numerous baking settings as their reason for rating it highly.

Still, there are a lot of bread makers out there to choose from. So, how do you choose with out taking a look at all of the offerings? You must decide which features you can not live without and go from there comparing the different aspects of each machine. To give you an alternative, we’ve compared it to the competition.

Comparing each machine will either strengthen your confidence in your choice or alternatively it could give some food for thought when considering a different model altogether. Take a look below.

VS Oster CKSTBRTW20 2-Pound Expressbake Breadmaker, White

The Oster CKSTBRTW20 is a proven winner and a very popular choice for an entry-level bread maker. It has a decent amount of reviews, and a lot of folks are happy with their choice. It is a proven winner. It shares many similarities with the Kuissential BMC-001; color (white), capacity (two pounds), price range, and viewing window. Though the Oster CKSTBRTW20 only has 9 bread making settings where the Kuissential has 13.

The Oster has the “expressbake” setting that can get your bread done in just one hour, while the Kuissential BMC-001’s “rapid” setting takes two hours (according to customer feedback). The Kuissential has an auto nut dispenser, but there is no mention of this for the Oster. This is a tough choice. On one hand you’ve got proven history and a faster baking time with the Oster CKSTBRTW20. On the other hand, the Kuissential gives you more features and settings.

Summary

I don’t think that you will be disappointed with the Kuissential BMC-001. It has a ton of features (13 baking settings, nut and fruit dispenser). It is priced very affordable. It is a small machine that can easily fit on your counter without being an inconvenience. If you need a bread machine with more history, then perhaps you will explore the Oster CKSTBRTW20.
